The National Committee SCOPE-IGBP exists out of the former National Committee SCOPE (Scientific Committee on Problems of the Environment) and the former National Committee IGBP (International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme) and is a collaboration between, on one side the Scientific Committee on Problems of the Environment (SCOPE) and the International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme (IGBP) and on the other side the Belgian artists who work in this domain.
